Not sure why she's on the bench: she may be waiting for a bus, or just taking a rest...but whatever the reason, this little macaroni penguin is certainly enjoying the sunlight.

Colorburst

Can't believe it's been 3 months without a creative muse to tap me on the shoulder.  Have been playing every so often but never came up with anything satisfactory. This colorburst challenge was fun and though i'm not totally happy with the results, it's time to share something or else i fear i'll never get out of this funk. 

I started with an Adobe stock image:

then grabbed some overlays and textures, some butterfly and parrot images...
